After Chris gives 'the employee' the lemon, him and the lemon are placed out of sight.

I also noticed that Chris placed the egg out of camera sight before he 'opened' it.

It's obvious that every time the person and/or object go out of sight they are replaced.

He never cuts the orange or lemon all the way, they were slit previously to carry objects, i.e. lemon, egg.
