That's because our world is a test for us.
That's why God created heaven or hell. Everything in Quran is written. eg, scientists believe that the universe was born "Big Bang" from nothing ness. In Quran it is stated that this universe was crafted out of nothing. Quran is not too simple. It uses literature. Some Aayats written earlier and some written later sort of link.
