It's actually comical & yet when one thinks about it, it's sad because there's so many capable members who can assist w/ all this responsibilities & yet people dump it in the pastor & his family's lap & forget the pastor often has to work a second job, minister & be there for his own family. We think a pastor comes up w/ this sermon for us Sunday morning & Sunday night & don't think of the time he spent preparing his sermon or praying about it.
