cuz th inside of the trap is 4 blocks (2x2) and when you broke the glass the water flow comed from the block that is at the top right corner and the string was at the top left corner so if you do 4 exits for the water flow as shown the water flow will come out of all 4 blocks obtaining anything inside it

For the mod grinder you should have water flowing down into the actual part that kills the mobs.

you guys should add a waterway to push the monsters into your little drowning pit cause monsters wont naturally jump down into a chasm their ai wont let them they have that reasoning while the player can decide to just jump down a random drop

You guys should totally make the frount yard grass and use the shears to shear the leave to make bushes in the frount you need to have piece of raw wood under the leaves i just think that doing that in the frount would make it alot more homly
