Lavinia Milosovici - 1996 Olympics AA - Balance Beam

The thing I like about Milosovici is she absolutely NAILS her landings, unlike so many others. The landing at 1:20 is perfect. It could not be better.

She was undermarked. This routine was better than her routine in the team event which got a 9.825. It is a shame she was pulled from beam finals for Marinescu who ended up following twice. She could have medaled I think as beam and floor her her best events in Atlanta.

I swear! If she does her mount more off than that, she'd hit her right leg on the beam and that is either gona injure her badly or just hurt her a bit..! whew! glad she controlled it, sort of..

It just missed one move somewhere to make it score bigger. I wished she didn't had to remove the side-somi.

It´s called the Milosovici mount.

Yeah, I wasn't referring to the actual move, I was referring to the fact that she is scarily off-center and yet somehow amazingly hits the beam. Her legs are also totally off; still an amazing routine, just a scary start.
