I don't know what to tell you. You're mostly right, but there is stuff that gets on the radio that is worth listening to. For instance, I listen to plenty of underground stuff, and a handful of songs I've heard had "drugs, rock n roll, badass vegas hoes, late night booty calls, shiny disco balls" mixed in, which led me to google the lyrics and find the source of this sample. Underground DJs sample a lot of mainstream shit, so you owe it at least that much respect.
