I dont understand, these things dont have tracks like a digger, have a top speed of 30-40mph, got tyres, lights, so why put a truck on a truck? They can handle worse conditions like a motorway anytime, so why move them like that? Ive had a shot of the RH120c when i was security at a opencast mine. Amazing piece of machinary!

2 words, weight distribution. the more wheels on the ground the easier it is on the asphalt. theres too much weight on each tire to be driving down the highway. theyd crack that asphalt like a cracker.
