Man, it's not suposed to be that way.... You are doing too much strength there, because your elbow should be side to side, so it supports all your weight. Also, your body should be straight, not like that. That figure, like the handstand and many freezes is a "balance of body", it's not strength !
@weareelectricc ive seen it done either way. for me, the balance is best when your elbow is forward and backwards... if you are side to side, you cant fix your balance if you lean forward or fall backwards.
@LazyPanda247 You should know a bit about balance.... Balance is not strength, you "fix" your balance, means you don't have balance so you do strength. Look I can't explain it carefully because I don't speak English very well but try studying the laws of Newton and you'll understand what I mean. Of course if you do it that way it's okay =)
I just tried to help you, cause if you do it that way, you will have much problems with handhops.
@weareelectricc I think I see what your saying... You can't rely completely on strength to makeup for lack of balance. The perfect example of this is headspins... If you rely on your hands for strength to keep you up and balance yourself, you will never be completely centered and balanced on your head. Thus, you'll never be able to free glide headspin.
I was tryin for months do do this on my side but about 2 seconds was all I could hold it for...
After this tutorial i can hold it for a considerable longer amount of time, plus it is much easier to roll out and into different ground moves. All in All, thanks a lot :)
you have any video or anythang that shows teaching inverse forearm spin???
