Camstudio is OK (Glitchy on XP). Camtasia studio is way better.

640 x 360 is the Widescreen Size. And youtube's favorite encoding is H.264 in Quicktime. THAT's good quality.

Set the region to 720x480 which is the youtube size then go to options and enable autopan. after you upload the video wait a couple of days and you'll get the watch in high quality button.
