  • I wanna see one in FLIGHT.

  • Not so cute there on the other coast too, they like fruit,nut and some flowering plants and in larvil stage damage the root systems, I've got them in my yard and looking to nuke them with some kind of pesticide, any one still remember the fruit fly Problem!!! Only Pesticide that I've found requires a pest control service and regular treatments!

    Ps: I've seen that dude (in the video) before! Looks like an ordinary fuckin bark beetle to me. Only that the German bark beetles are brownish and not white.^^ So I guess it's a white thai bark beatle or something in that direction. At least it's a beatle! xD

  • @random0815 good guess, but T. lacaena doesn't have the bifurcate labrum. Right subfamily though.

    amazing, is this even real? looks like a mammal-insect chimeara, the head looks like a hippo or some kind of antilope, great find and great pictures!
