these cars are coming from major police supply in kenvil nj , nypd uses chevy ,ford and dodge . if theres a recall they can afford to take one make totally out of service .. if they have to .. and i should know im the salesman .. lol

The Crown Vic's do very well as cars here in NYC. They are powerful and have enough interior room. Most cops actually prefer the Crown Vic to the Impala.

yea thats what i figured but the crown vic only sells as a taxi/police car not alot of civilian regular use so i dont know how long ford will keep making them.

The 2008 model year Crown Victoria will only be sold to fleet buyers. They arent selling them to the general public anymore. And Ford says they plan on continuing to produce the Police Interceptor into the forseeable future.
