If you have the original version of fable; for example the front of the box says just Fable not Fable: The Lost Chapters you can't battle the dragon only in The Lost Chapters so If you have the original one the ending for that is the first battle of Jack.

(In other words you can only get the sword of Aeons and not Jack's Mask.)
