I think it's DADFAD dude :-) combines both the standard drop tuning on the lows and the high's are tuned down a step each.

Although opeth songs are so long (sometimes 15 minutes) sometimes they use chords repetitivley. Although i love the music, i wish they didnt get a bit repetitive. like blackwater park or deliverance.

I love their repetitiveness. Their music is a quality completely different from other metal bands, and you're not supposed to try and get the same feeling from Opeth as you from like Slayer, or Decapitated. Opeth is meant to be savored.

Nahh this is not my first guitar.. this is my most recent guitar. I've been playing for about 5 and a half years now.

My first guitar was an Epiphone G-310 which is quite good for the price.

But learning on a good guitar is not bad. You should buy that guitar !

#2- Do ur self a favor, buy the best guitar u can afford. (as long as u r going to stick with it)I own the same martin d16gt and am in love with it. I've had it for over 2 years and it just keeps getting better! I've been playing for 25 years and have WASTED money on some guitars. You cannot go wrong with Martin, but u need to spend $1000 +/-. U will enjoy playing so much more when the guitar is of excellent quality.The d16gt is the best bang for yr $.
