The only part of this movie I really hated was the end. Idiocracy operates under the premise that intelligence is genetic, as seen by the idiots reproducing, and intelligent people not, but then it has the main character go on to get people to read, as it isn't for "fags". It is cetainly true that educated people are not having kids, while those on welfare are having a lot of kids. But it is wrong that the sperm count has anything to do with it. That is an OLD theory. The increase in scores have been trivial, only large enough to account for the difference between taking the test with and without having eaten a good breakfast. What would be ideal is if we could invent a method of birth control that can be applied to kids before they hit puberty, which can only be reversed by a doctor. Genetic predisposition can be factored but more to the degree of learning disabilities. Proper parenting and the environment they are raised in will yield your greatest results.

It is cetainly true that educated people are not having kids, while those on welfare are having a lot of kids. But it is wrong that the sperm count has anything to do with it. That is an OLD theory. In fact, a small ejaculate with the right kind of sperm ---- the egg getters ---- is far, FAR more likely to produce a fertilization than a massive "load" of an enormous sperm count, which is almost entirely "blocker" sperm. Looked at objectively, racial groups don't really make much of a difference, certainly not as much as intelligence. @chedca Potential in regard to intelligence is the factor whereas IQ is the current stated intelligence quotient. Potential can also be applied to how successful someone is but some people with success aren't doing the world any favors and shouldn't reproduce either.
Genetic predisposition can be factored but more to the degree of learning disabilities. Proper parenting and the environment they are raised in will yield your greatest results.
