  • The problem I find when I do these or Concentration curls is I feel like im using my forarm and wrist to lift more then my Bicep.

  • i like this one, this really works... i've done this with light weights and high reps and it burns like hell.. i grew faster within 2 weeks doing only hammer curls, than i did with my regular biceps program with heavier weights that ive been doing for months...

  • this is a brachialis workout. Do them across your chest instead of straight up and it will blast your brachi, great cuz a lot of ppl don't think about brachis

  • no, instead of straight out, lift in toward you up toward your pectoral. Just make sure to maintain form at the elbows and shoulders. Cheating on this one can really hurt.

  • i've found that this exercise works the biceps less, and the brachi more, if you keep the dumbells close to the body...
