I assume you know what your doing in a deposition. Its quite a complicated procedure. My lawyer briefed me for 2 hours on how to answer in a deposition. At the basic ...only say yes or no or I dont remember when you can.

@RandoAnonymous Believe it or not, the courts give attorneys alot of leverage to ask the most personal & irrelevant questions in a deposition which is why it's always wise to have an attorney with you so they can object and order you not to answer a fucking ridiculous question. Pope only stayed a short time before he walked out.. had he stayed longer, he would have been exposed to just how utterly demented Rick Moxon is in the lurid questions he asks that have nothing to do with the case.
