  • That's what they did to the bloke in Tottenham UK(Mark Duggan),that started off the riots.

    NWO baby!

  • that is disgusting

  • The police need to be policed. Too many hot heads running around out there with badges looking to prove what an asshole they can really be because they know they can get away with it.

  • Murderer! He doesn't deserve to be on the streets!

  • i almost threw up, thats disgusting

but its ok cuz he said he thought he had his taser

cuz u aim a taser at some1s head while he's on the floor ye?

    pathetic

  • This is why I think all cops are corrupt. The good cops are never around to stop this shit.

  • Maybe Merschel can join Obama's civilian terror squad.

  • Police are institutionalized terrorist to the American people and their freedom. Republican candidate Gary Johnson excluded from Presidential debate in NH. Are American elections free and fair ?

  • Fucking coward "police officer" shooting a man while he's already restrained on the floor.

Better not release this guy's address. I try to be good but I don't think I could help but applaud the man who could track this guy down and shoot him.

  • This same stuff is happening in the area that I live. Cops have been shooting and killing people left and right. When more people start becoming more aware of what is really happening in their communities it's going to be on. All cops will end up being targets. People are tired.

  • i once saw a pig use his flashing lights to go through a stoplight to go to subway for a sandwich. dirty fucks.

  • I truly don't understand how anyone (esp. a trained officer) could possibly mistake a handgun for a taser. I've never held either, but if you blindfolded me, and I picked up both, I think I could guess which was the gun and which was the taser. How a jury or a judge could accept this alibi is incomprehensible. They say Justice is blind, but in this case, it was deaf & dumb as well.

  • Hey Adam, he actually only got 11 month in L.A. County jail. I live in Oakland and use the Fruitvale BART station, there was a massive protest yesterday over his release -large enough to disrupt anyone trying to use the BART,the AC transit buses in the neighborhood or drive, near Fruitvale BART. They marched on downtown Oakland and I'm told that things stayed relatively peaceful unlike the past riots here in Oakland that have lead to looting. I have more info on this story and related events.

  • Seriously I'm an Oakland resident, I have seen and heard alot more about this and the protests, the riots and the fear of local law enforcement. There is a lot more to this story and how it has effected Oakland that is not being discussed. If you are interested I could tell you alot about living here and what has gone on.

  • @skrawl5

    let us know more.

  • @Kevindnowak Where to begin? Oscar Grant has become a local martyr- a symbol of police violence and oppression, most locals no matter who they are and how law-abiding are honestly afraid of any encounters with BART or local police. Although accusations of racial motivations for the shooting has opened old wounds and racism towards white folk among black protesters and supporters everyone seems to realize that Oscar Grant could have been anyone, creating the slogan "I am Oscar Grant" .

  • So when does the " land of the free" come into effect.

  • @coffeebuzzz

When the "home of the brave" return...

  • The BART cops predictably circled the wagon and can up with all kinds of lame assed alibis for Mehserle. Especially, the higher ups I spoke with when this went down.

  • This is so repulsive that it is beyond bull shit. It more like Godzilla shit.

  • @jesusislord614 OK. Stay home with your family. Enjoy your wage-slavery. We can have the revolution without people like you. ;)

  • @AdamKokesh You won't have a revolution without people like me. Good luck waking up the masses this way.

  • @jesusislord614 No attacks, but a few questions.

    1. Why is it okay for you to express your thoughts, but it's not okay for anybody to tell you their thoughts?

    2. Have you told your all your family members that you have no problem whatsoever (apparently, correct me if I'm wrong) with people who are face down surrounded by cops, being shot in the back, and if you did, how did they react?

  • @amlorusso It is def. okay for you to express your thoughts. However, once you've been on YT long enough you know that some commenters take things too far trying to elicit a reaction. That's what I was speaking of. My family knows my stance on crime and the police.

  • @jesusislord614 If you continue to support this then you open yourself up to the chance that there will come a time when you won't be able to express any opinion the government disagrees with. Now if you are never going to disagree with the government, that's fine for you but if it's "America" you believe in, you need to be looking out for peoples rights now. Because you just gave the green flag for the police to do anything, because if shooting that guy in the back is okay, anything is okay.

  • @amlorusso I didn't actually say that. I have actually addressed Adam on numerous occasions about his anti-cop videos. It just so happened that this is the one that broke the camels back for me. No I don't endorse this cops actions. Nor do I think a year was enough time served. I am just sick of seeing Adam bash the police every chance he gets. I think he should take his celebrity and put it to good use at the TSA instead of dancing at a memorial. I am waiting for the real revolution, not RT prop

  • My cousin got 15 years for a victimless drug charge and served 10 of those years. Brother served 5 years for victimless drug crime. I know so many people who have gone to prison and are serving the minimum of 5 years up to and exceeding 30 years for victimless crimes. But this cop murders someone, the worse crime of all, and only gets 2 years and had only served 1 year before being released, justice defiantly wasn't served in this case.

  • @Mojo3192 report says he was offered a job in tn as a police officer because here in tn a sheriff can and has hired x felons.so he would fit right in with all the crooked tn police officers who brutalized people everyday.remember tn is the home of tn walking tall sheriff Buford pussier and all tn cops wants to be like him so they can have movies, books about them and be famous.my advice to anybody is STAY OUT OF TN IF YOU CAN,ask anyone who went to bonaroo or why opry land closed down.my opinion

  • @Mojo3192 Vote for Ron Paul.
