Uhm....I dont know, what hes refering to? Which war? Every ones different, Now are we committing "wars of aggression" which is against International Law...you could make that argument certainly for Iraq. Genocide? Absolutely not. Thats a sensitive word that just gets tossed around to make people gasp, but when true genocide occurs, its not just going to war and accicentally killing civilians (or even intentionally if in small numbers). Genocide is not a word to use lightly.
