Not bad. My advice though, slow down a little and make the techniques more clear, you are breezing through them too much. You can make a form look fast without rushing it too much, you make the strikes clear and crisp , but also focus on your stances too. Just a couple pointers from a fellow Shaolin practitioner.
You're correct. But I'd like to point out that neither the title of the video nor the descriptions says "katana" at any point. Perhaps you misread the word "kata"?
