well actual from what i read in wikipedia its 2 fallen angels being punished in opposite bodies so if you look at it like that its not incest but again leaves an awkward feeling

@m1serysp1ke It's still incest, but you're correct in that part. Angels' relationships with each other are far too complex for humans to grasp so it reverts to one of the strongest emotions a human can have: love. The awkward feeling goes away if you remain open to it.

Yes, this is the saddest and most important moment in the anime. And Ayako Kawasumi did an amazing job as Sara's seiyuu.

Yes, there are only 3 ova. No second season. The episodes were designed as a introduction for the manga which is much more complex.
