Ichigo was in very bad condition, He tanked Byakuya's bankai while in shikai, Tanked hadou no.4, slashes and other things.

If ichigo got healed by orihime and restore his all reiatsu and got healed from his injuries, Aizen will have a hard time against ichigo. Ichigo would have use his superior shunpo that he used against byakuya and use full powered getsuga tensho or giving him a good attack and then use getsuga tensho. It will be hard but ichigo will wait until the gotei 13 come back and help.

attack and he was in a very bad condition and he used shunpo and stopped a blow from aizen and he still have some reiatsu left in his body, and he used it to stop aizen, his reiatsu was so low and he couldn't use his speed like when he did to byakuya so if he got healed by orihime first and got his reiatsu back and healed from wounds, aizen would have to use his zanpaktou and he will have a hard time to beat ichigo so if ichigo was got healed by orihime he would took some time with aizen until.

Hmmm wait a second, Renji's zanpaktou was broken and he was having medium injury or an ordinary slash or injury and ichigo was grievously injured while fighting byakuya (byakuya was grievously injured too) he tanked bankai byakuya while he was in shikai and his old wounds he gained from fighting zangetsu to get bankai not fully healed and he could use his bankai in a good condition with that attacks and he got hit by kidou in his shoulder and stabbed in his foot and he got slashed from the final

Ichigo only beat him because he turned into Getsuga, and even then he just managed to knock him on his ass, Urahara's kido is what got him. And now he's immortal even though he's been beaten.

If you read manga 421 you would know Urahara said it was impossible to kill Aizen so they had to seal him away sinse they couldn't kill him.
