Director: Alfred Hitchcock. Starring: Cary Grant, Gary Cooper, Jimmy Stewart, Farley Granger, Grace Kelly, Janet Leigh, Carole Lombard and Tippi Hendren. Producer: David O. Selznick.
There was a video for Alfred Hitchcock to come back down, i sometimes wish he could . But his memory lives on in his movies. If he was still alive, he's be 111 years old. At keast Mr Hitchcock wouldn't be featuring remakes, like they do now. You're a legend Alfred Hitchcock!
@UserOfTheUnknown I love and worship Hitch, he has been my favorite director since I was like ten years old, but the comment on remakes, Hitch remade his own "The Man Who Knew Too Much", and one could even say he at times also remade the whole innocent-man-on-the-lam movie :)
Oh man, wish I could have seen the entire episode. I'm already hooked into learning more about the Lizzie Borden murder case. I can think of another movie that may have a related link to this legend - Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho."
is that episode on here where the dude made a bet that he can light the lighter like 10 times in a row and if he would fail they would cut off his finger or somthin like that..i always liked that episode..
Does anyone know the name of the episode when a farmer and his wife invite a stranger to work on their farm..stranger kills her pet squirrel....at the end the wife kills the husband because he didn't defend her from the crazy stranger. Please help..thanks.
I know Hollywood claims they ran out of ideas and shit and they have to do a damn remake of a origional. I know there's shelved ideas from decades past collecting dust why not brush those off.
if hollywood wants a bird movie have stephen king write a book about ravenous vultures and wes craven direct it and Robert Enguld star in it somewhere
Alfred Hitchcock was the true pioneer of horror/thriller films. He was well ahead of his time and Psyco still stands up today as one of the best horror films of all time. What a ledgend.
What a great clip! I've lived in Fall River/Westport my whole life and had no idea Hitchcock even knew the area existed. But why wouldn't he? Thanks for posting this!
go to HULA and put it in the search and you will find it.

Where the hell is the rest of the episode?! Damn it!
GoldDredger35 2 months ago
Hitch's monologues were fashioned for him by James Allardice; he wrote them for the series' entire ten year run.

Hitchcock died in 1980, yet his true love was directing film, which he did up until his health declined.

I have series one of Alfred Hitchcock Presents on DVD, the Joseph Cotten episode is called "Breakdown." It is scary and clever and slighly upsetting.
