i was fighting rugal on normal, single battle, as K', and all he did was that retarded kicking attack, where he goes in a circlin in the air kicking. i lost to him for an hour, and the whole time, he started the battle with 1/3 health, fuck rugal

Rugal is a bitch do beat! But if you want to be a bitch to him. Using "Chang" to defeat him is quite easy. You can activate his dancing special to defeat Rugal, just don't get grabed by him.

I couldn't beat him. The command reading combined with his general cheapness just made me say screw it and quit. Even with his health cut.

I don't exactly suck at KOF(I use Ralf)but anyone who beats Rugal in this game is a better player than me.

Yeah, That guy was cheap. His weak version of Genocide Cutter also have almost zero second of cool down time which is other version of Rugal lacks of. It is virtually impossible to counter him after this move unless you foresee his going to use this move and dodge it. And the worst part is, his three kick combo can dish out insane damage with combination of any DM and SDM...
