This act is great, I but I don't feel it fits with the overall aesthetic of the show. Corteo, possibly more than any of the other CdS shows, has a very specific look, one that is very whimsical. And then there she is with a unicycle and hula hoops. The flow was also lacking. She went out and did something, then went back and got a prop, then came back out, went back, switched props, etc. The rest of the acts made their pauses more artful, which is a lot better to watch.

Anastasia Bykovskaya is the woman on the tightrope, she is absolutely beautiful, I had the pleasure of meeting her Duke and a guy named Bruno from Corteo, when I was in my hometown portland, we also had a tour of the whole entire complex, It's a life i could live for.

Being a circus performer myself, I can understand why she was wearing a harness. I've seen abunch of nasty falls, and if there's one thing every one in general is worried about, it's saftey, especially when your on the tightwire. The trapeze i'm not too worried about, because they have a net under them. It was all a beautiful number, the singing, the music, and the act itself, the only set back on it is that she has a harness. Well done to Daniele Finzi.

She's not being pulled up, the harness is merely there to keep her safe in case she loses her balance. And say someone does decide to get pulled by it, they'd still have to keep themselves on the rope, or they'd go sideways, it's not as easy as you put it.

i'd like to see you try to make your way up an inclined tight rope without a harness. it might look easy but you couldn't be anymore wrong.

really didn't like this part of Corteo. It was very obvious she was being pulled by the harness as she went up the inclined rope. We were sitting directly under he, basically, and it took forever for her to make it up, and he feet hardly went anywhere, it was basically waiting for the harness to pull her.
