That computer has a 400Watt power supply which is more than enough to accommodate that system. The 9800GT draw well under 75watts, the Q8200 under 95watts and the rest of the system well under 100watts all under peak load. Thats a maximum of 270watts assuming peak power draw (peak will actually be quite a bit less as those components don't draw as much power as I listed). That PSU will handle it just fine.
