she breaks my heart always has ... since the 80s ..I have never gotten why the band Lone Justice did not go further....I will always Love Love Love her voice.. I guess I am one of the Lucky ones who know her music... Sad that more people do not... I share when ever I can

I agree -- I think Only Once is a truly first-rate REAL country song and it's one of my favorites. I'm surprised that it hasn't been covered by zillions of other singers, ya know?

Snicky, I agree, she should be better known. on the other clip you said: more rich and famous...most crap sells millions. but can not even stand in the shadow of Maria's little toe.....rich and fame sgot nothing to do with art, as pure and beautifull as this.

This album blew me away when I first bought it...and it still does.  It has depth and punch in equal measure.

Maria McKee doesn't have anywhere near the recognition she deserves, especially in Europe. But we love her, so keep spreading the message. :-)
