  • not the same without steve clark there

  • Crystal Suite, Meadowhall, The Blades, Redgates. Sheffield people will know exactly what I'm talking about.

  • There is a reason they hold the record of the most top ten songs off one album(by a heavey rock group ) still stands! If you decided to comment on the vocals think, they are (minus Rick Allen) in their 50's! Can you see your father in his mid-50's up on stage crankin' hard Rock-N-Roll..me neither. As you can tell huge Def Leppard fan all the way back to "On Through The Night" and I still am. Agreed that Joe's voice has changed after 22 yrs but so have we, KEEP ROCK BOYS!!

  • Eminem isn't even an artist when compared to these guys. He's just a fart in a whirlwhind. He disappeared with all the rest of the crappy artists the record companies package together. Def Lep will continue to shine long after Eminiem has faded back to his trailer park

  • man i wish that they didnt cut out some parts of the songs. who cares if it runs up tv time? its Def Leppard. not Eminem or some crappy artist

  • Love the band Would be even sweeter with the full guitar solo, full ending, and Savage trademark hair.

  • Love the band

Would be even sweeter with the full guitar solo, full ending, and Savage trademark hair.

  • Is it Sav that is the low vocals? I forgot....

  • Aww they didn't do the best part of the song at the end

  • no one can replace Steve this is sad:[ i cant go see them with out Steve:{

  • im sorry but only steve clark can play the solo to this song R.I.P

  • cut the solo out pfft

  • They were definately in a tight spot !!!

  • Did they wanna "more around" and ROCK OUT and NOT STAND THERE like it's a soundcheck?

  • Well that'd be great if there was SOMEWHERE TO MOVE!

  • Vamos Rick Allen!!! The best drummer out there.

  • Their sound had way to much echo.

Morning performance sucks for guys like this that are use to going on at night.

And Sav, what's up with the blond mop head?

  • This was when Joe still had is chest cold and they upped the backing vocals to compensate. They had to cancel sold out shows at Van Andel Arena and Joe Louis Arena both in MI and move them back a bit

  • LOL.. ya know something though, I would listen to them anywhere, anyhow, morning, afternoon, middle of the night, just cuz I know how good they are, and I would love to hear Joe's morning voice any day! ;o)))))) and an echo would just prolong my hypnotic state, teehee.

  • Sav should have kept his curly hair!

  • not to mention the sound guy did a shit job on the mix...

  • What finish is that pc-1?

  • I'm pretty sure that's Rootbeer.

  • i think they did pretty good well at least phil did on the guitar he's so cool!

  • It's hard to get the voice warmed up in the morning. Shoot, these guys are probably not used to being up this early in the morning. But it was very hard to watch. Like a train wreck.

  • i was there!!!

  • COOL !!!

  • Hey Babyboys, you sound great. Now lets go swimming in the gulf of mexico. My older son lives down there. My daughter and younger son also enjoy your music. Please be kind to animals.

  • Great backing harmony ;) the guys still have it.

  • Regis and Def Leppard. Nice combo. Half the audience is over 75 and really deaf. Do you wanna get rocked?

  • haha yeah i agree 100% because i was there. about 85% of the audience had to be at least over 60. but there were a few around the same age as me (15) there that totally enjoyed seeing them play (:

  • Ok. Now I feel bad. haha You're right. He's not 20 years old anymore, and Regis and Kelly is indeed super early in the morning. And MOST singer's can't sing that early in the morning. I saw them when they played Toronto on July 16th, and I was in tears when it was over because I wanted them to keep playing! They were awesome. (i'm officially backpeddling from my first comment.)

  • Joe looks so gorgeous doesn't he? I love him too for ages, he is the best. This year i'm getting married in Sheffield UK. My fiance shares same home town with Joe and Sav, i think it's pretty cool. :-)

  • Ok not there best but they played this Friday night 8/17 in Nissan and they were so good that I was jumping outta my skin. And I agree thank God they played something besides Sugar.

  • That is true. I love "Pour some sugar" but was glad to see something different. I also love "photograph" and "bringing on the Heartbrake".

  • horrible

  • I just saw these guys for the 7th time on sunday, aug 12th at hersheypark and they kicked ass as always. Joe did hit the high notes for Armageddon It at Hershey and i think it was just too early for the boys on regis/kelly. Plus, Phil is usually topless as well as Rick Allen...they were way out of their element playing for Regis...haha. I'm glad they played something besides Pour some sugar....they have waaaay too many other hits!!! Next time they can play Photograph!!

  • Give the guy a break...Regis and Kelly are live at 9am..He sounds pretty damn good for someone who is on tour right now. Been loving Def Leppard since 1981. Rock on!

  • Lepplady, I agree, except that if Sav actually sang lead on anything onstage, the Richter Scale would register a 10.0 just form the women hitting the floor!!!! For bein' an 'old man', that man is FREAKING HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Being a Sav girl, I have to point out that we can hear Sav's harmony pretty well, too. Now, if we can just get him to sing lead on a tune onstage. ;-)

  • Well lets hope that doesn't happen.

  • What's wrong with his voice? He sounds great to me.

  • They did a concert the night before...usually ending at 11 pm!!!! I would be surprised if they slept before they had to be at the studio to tape this show, so I too can allow for Joe's voice being a little scratchy. I've been to two concerts so far on the current tour and they did not disappoint. I'm going to my third one tomorrow night. Def Leppard will always ROCK!!!!!

  • Let's remember two things before we judge Joe's voice.

    1) He isn't 20 anymore. None of us are. We shouldn't expect him to sound like he did more than half a lifetime ago.

    2) They've been touring. Of course his voice is going to be a little shredded. But as long as he can carry a tune, I say more power to him.

  • @Lepplady lets not 4get he used 2 yell like crazy back in the day i was a little kid when def leppard got started i saw a video of one of their early performances let it go and he yells at the top of his lungs so that didnt help either but these guys still kik ass and i think def leppard should get a shot 2 play at halftime of the super bowl

  • i have been a fan since birth and the sound quality isnt to good but im still going to watch it you dont have to sit there and dog joe like that

  • I think he is awesome! He is freakin 48 years old, he isnt a kid anymore but i think he still can rock it!

  • Let me preface my comment with...Def Leppard have been my favorite band since I was 12. The first cassette I ever bought with my allowance was High 'N' Dry. I have had a crush on Joe Elliott for, I shit you not, 26 years. But DAMN...boyfriend's voice is goin'.
