Read the book and it was a waste of time, contained nothing new, nothing. The whole book was a compilation of others' works and interviews. And he said he did some research, what research? It was internet research, anybody could do it in 1 day. Better to read Wikipedia. He dared even to do an analysis on why she got hooked with her husband quickly after John's death. Please, a 5-yr old could make a better guess. Waste of time and money

i agree with the comments about what is "wrong" with the facts of this book. the comment about "stealing" the part for sophie's choice is bogus, Liv Ulman had to pull out due to other obligations and the part was open for grabs. for someone who has "interviewed" her 3 times, this man is an not very well informed. also,as a mother i respect that we don't know her that well as that was her choice to protect her children. wtg meryl your are the best!!!!!

He said that she was 59 when shooting took place for mamma mia, she in all reality turned 57 while filming mamma mia she will be 60 in june. They did also say that she was 3 years older than don, but in all reality he is i think 3 years older than her cant be sure. She never stole parts she did beg for the part in sophies choice and they did sign up a international girl to play sophie but in the end she got it.
in the book he writes that don is three years younger....totaly wrong, the letter was for the cast not for the producers thats wrong too. it dont sounds like he knows much about what he writes. too bad :(
