  • Saw some of this in Houston. You could really stare at it all day...

  • Earlier today I went to the Houston museum of Fine arts, and this was the best part, I sat through the whole thing, If I could i would of been able to sit there for hours haha, Its so amazing and creative how Chino Aoshima can create her own unique world within one 7 minute animation, and shows the cycle of creation and chaos, Its genius!!!

  • I'm unsure but I think on the Baltic website you can download this to your iPod, I know they let me have Yoshitomo Nara's interview...

  • her work is great i use her for my art work at school :P

  • Love her work!

  • her work is unique..Im mexican and ive lived in london in gloucester road....i stoped at least 5 minutes every day just to see this amazing landscapes painted at the undergorund

  • when was this exhibition? I guess it's over now since you posted this months ago :( wahh i wish I'd seen it for real o_O

  • I went to see Chiho Aoshima's work at the baltic, it was amazing. This was my favourite, i couldve sat there all day and watched it on that comfy sofa! I wish there were someway of actually owning this, although you'd need 5 tv's to make it look good!

  • i agree! my friend and i were talking about how amazing it would be to have that in your home.

  • Hello, very well done! Looks like it was a challenge to shoot. I wish I could have seen this one in person. I've posted the *other* Chiho Aoshima video. Search YouTube for her name and it will pop up along with yours.

  • yes it was definitely difficult to shoot! the gallery doesn't allow anything to be filmed or photographed but i couldn't find any video of her work anywhere and i didn't want to lose it forever! plus i could only get 3 out of 5 screens, unfortunately :(

  • I wish I could see this in person. It's stunning.

  • The old Baltic Mills on the Gateshead quayside was converted into a contempory art gallery. Along with the Sage, which is a fantastic piece of architecture, and the "blinking eye" Millennium Bridge this part of the quayside remains the only reason to cross the Tyne. Still it is worth it as the Baltic changes exhibitions every few months and they are generally rather enjoyable.

  • what's "the Baltic?"
