@caseykc100 you clearly havent seen kamen rider blade. Kamen rider chalice (from KR Blade) uses these weapons in the show and his cards and his suit are based on the suit of hearts from a deck of cards. just llike blade is based on spades, garren based on diamonds, and leangle based on clubs.

- Spirit, Chop, Black, Heart, Tornado, Bio, Hawk, Recover, Chase, Arrow, Wave & Change.

Chalice Arrow (3 Cards)

-Chalice, Rouzer & Reflect.

Wild Slasher (3 Cards)

-Arm, Evolution & Wild.

I bought it at local store here few years ago. You can try ebay or other tokusatsu heroes forum that have a sales thread. Sorry if I couldn't help much.
