That was beautiful! I donated and asked all my firends to donate and I did post a clip a few days after the Earthquake but I didn't get more than 130 visits in a month so I decided to take it off. I was sad, cause Haiti didn't get the attention. But I made another one with the song Cry from Michael and it worked better. 5*****

Did everyone hear about a survivor in Haiti being rescued yesterday after 28 days trapped in the rubble of a building? Somehow he was able to have water during that time. Although he is very frail, he is ALIVE!!! I find this such a wonderful blessing of HOPE! It is amazing, and I believe a sign of a miracle having happened. :) Nancy

Greece is a country which suffers by earthquakes with a significant number of deaths.. Organizations are gathering money and items every day. Companies are gathering money too. Where I work we have collected money 2 times so far. Greeks are people who care and despite the crisis we care and love Haiti!

Alot of us don't have the monies to help, but we will keep Haiti in our prayers and I will do my best to help people when I can. I think we should all contribute when we can, whatever the crisis might be. Even helping someone on the street. One thing we need to realise..that Haiti has been in deep poverty because of our government policies and agenda ( haiti was the richest colony of France 200 + yrs ago; a slave colony who fought for and won freedom..Since then, endless trade embargoes, aid tied to policies that keep Haiti poor...call for change!

That was beautiful! I donated and asked all my firends to donate and I did post a clip a few days after the Earthquake but I didn't get more than 130 visits in a month so I decided to take it off. There is new news today. At the opening of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver they will premier the remake of We Are The World! All proceeds from this song goes to help Haiti. They announced today that through technology the children from Haiti will be singing too! I already know I will be crying!

Did everyone hear about a survivor in Haiti being rescued yesterday after 28 days trapped in the rubble of a building? Somehow he was able to have water during that time. Although he is very frail, he is ALIVE!!! I find this such a wonderful blessing of HOPE! It is amazing, and I believe a sign of a miracle having happened. :) Nancy

Greece is a country which suffers by earthquakes with a significant number of deaths.. Organizations are gathering money and items every day. Companies are gathering money too. Where I work we have collected money 2 times so far. Greeks are people who care and despite the crisis we care and love Haiti!

This is such a great video. I know Michael would be the first to help Haiti. Alot of us don't have the monies to help, but we will keep Haiti in our prayers and I will do my best to help people when I can. I think we should all contribute when we can, whatever the crisis might be. Even helping someone on the street. We don't really know their anguish or their problems, but if you give something, you will feel better and that's what it's all about. Let's bring world peace as Michael wanted to.

CARE organization reports 37,000 women are currently pregnant in the capital and of those 10,000 due to deliver this month bringing tender infants into a place with no sanitation, water, or enough food for the mothers who must feed their babies. Indonesia is next to my country (Malaysia) and often strike by earthquake. We've a lot of Indonesians working here. We have a common language to speak to each other. The name of the young lady, "Pipit" in this article, means "sparrow"...what a beautiful name. I've seen the pictures of Banda Aceh now...in newspaper, blogs etc. It is beautiful, much better than it was before. Yeah, no matter how despair it might seem, HOPE is still there - for Haiti.

I heard just yesterday that of the 37,000 pregnant women in the capital of Haiti, 10,000 are due to give birth within the next month. This was reported by CARE. Can you imagine? These women who are not getting enough to eat now, are going to bring delicate infants into this world of chaos, lack of clean water and sanitation and have no shelter either. It just breaks my heart.

OMG, I love that video. I'm asking myself all the time what can I do what can I give to make those people feel better, these kids smiling. I wish I could go there, give them food and water, give them shelter, heal their wounds myself. We must help. I wish I could do something huge, but I feel kinda helpless and that's not giving me peace..............Thank you for what you do.......Heal The World, It needs us to do so............

Yes, you are right hun. We have to do It together. But by feeling helpless I mean that I feel that way cause I wanna do more than I'm able to do from here. But I have that hope ,really, I'm happy seeing people doing all they can to help.

PS I want to make a small challenge to anyone who works for themselves...do one day of work for Haiti...take what you earn that one day and give it where it is most needed now. I did, and people were so responsive I ended up raising double my normal earnings :)

Help the people you know be the loving, giving, and caring individuals you know them to be. Ask if they want to contribute to help those suffering in Haiti. Thank you....I haven't watched much footage because I couldn't bear to see it; seeing it here with Michael and this song makes it possible to see and not fall on my knees in despair.
One thing we need to realise..that Haiti has been in deep poverty because of our government policies and agenda ( haiti was the richest colony of France 200 + yrs ago; a slave colony who fought for and won freedom..Since then, endless trade embargoes, aid tied to policies that keep Haiti poor...call for change!

It's understandable that some may not be able to give at this time...but tomorrow these children will still need us. Many have lost their parents, their homes and some even their limbs. They will need lots of love and care for many months to come. So, if later, you can give..do it. Bless these children of Haiti. May the whole population of Haiti know that the world is moving to help them.

The part of Michael speaking brings me chills. I love watching Michael's aura spining around our planet (0:11-0:24).
How can we sleep peacefully at our homes at night knowing there are people suffering so close to us? The same tragedy can happen anywhere, anytime.
