Hardflip looks nothing like an inward heal. Hardflips are much harder to do. When you do an inward heal the front foot does all the work. When you do a hardflip if you do them horizontal and not vertical you can see how the back leg kicks forward and the front foot moves back and down on an angle really fast, the kicking motion isn't as visible.
