Well, like every single Mraz song you've got to read between the lines to get the meaning of the song. The phrase "geek in the pink" doesn't mean anything special in itself, that's probably why google translator is not providing you any help here.

A geek is a slang term commonly used to refer to a weird nerdy person who is not outgoing and who is overly obsessed with one or two things, usually academic subjects (maths) or technologies. A geek in the pink would just be a geek dressed in pink.

But the meaning of the song i guess is that appearances can be deceptive and that you can't go by appearances. He's referring to himself as the geek in the pink and this song is probably aimed at a girl to let her understand she could be surprised he she gave him a chance. "Don't judge it by the colour, confuse it for another, you might regret what you let slip away"
