i would assume so since you can also get thru the Underground Gym glitch on PS2, you can probaly visit the places you see here.

I was just on my way to libery city and then i saw that seacret police station i went in to it and it said s.f.p.d i think it stands for san fiero police department.

yeah i tought it looked familiar, i played that mission a long time ago.

But anyway it turns out that its located at the Johnson house on the map, so its the basement, OG loc's hidden house is somewhere else underground, i show both places on my newest video and more.

I too cant reach Liberty city. Its very hard apparently. :(

Go to Caligula's Palace at Las Venturas and there is anoher hiden place.You go in C.P.You go in the centre of the club and there are rooms.I don't know to explain you so good but hope you find it if you want.

I just kind of understood something, i made a mistake about the dolphin, i just remembered that when i found him i wasnt going for

Area 69 ,i was going to the hidden underground

Liberty City , which is exacly the same spot as the dolphin , but i suppose i was under it.

The questions still remains tho as to why a dolphin is there? Its not Vice City...And no water anywhere near.

But if we look back at the Urban legend of sewer crocodiles it comes from NYC aka Liberty City ,makes sens.

Well maybe the dolphin is there because GTA San Andreas was based on Vice City....Dunno :S

Why are you refering to Vice City? Probably there was originally a river in that part of the map and Rockstar took out the river accidently leaving poor Dolph longgrin banished in the underworld. Or they forgot to remove him. I don't know.

R* built a portion of Liberty city hidden within the San Andreas map cuz at one point in the storyline CJ goes there to do something, you can stop doing the mission once you get outside to explore it, or use the GYM underground glitch to go there outside of the storyline.
