You need to get a real train horn and do it. that horn is for a semi dosnt use much air and is small in size. And no not 170+ db more like 100 or less the loudest train horn is only 120 db (take if from someone who owns a few horns and works for the railroad)

It will not get set off by sound. Only if there is a loose wire and you shake the wall and two wires short out will it set off the alarm. Which should NOT happen if installed correctly. I installed them for a living =)
