  • Maybe, the weight is very easy for him, but still a poor demo.

  • Yeah, this is bad.

    1.) You're going way too fast.

    2.) You're letting momentum do way too much of the work.

    3.) BREATHE MAN!

    To anyone watching this and planning on following this exercise, just make sure to go slow and take your time. The slower you go the more your muscles have to work.
