Well in the Pride Lands the 3 characters (Sora,Goofy and Donald) have to turn into something that would fit where they are. I believe it was Donald's magic. So when they went to the Pride Lands they became jungle-like animals to fit in.

Oh, it was actually Sora's clothes this time. In the first game, it was Donald, but there are more lands with different forms, and it said in the guide that the clothes the fairies made for him were magic, and change him and his friends into their chossen forms for that land. :3
