It's nice to feel appreciated.This Oakland Raiders team deserves it.It's been a rough past couple of weeks but this club is only going to get better while the rest of the AFC west plummets to the cellar.Defenses does need to stay consistent and step it up in Minnesota and AP next week.Offense should be fine as Palmer continues to learn more of the playbook.Although I would like to see McFadden back I still think we should rest him possibly until the Bears game in week 12.
