when I worked for Build A Bear Workshop, we did lots of work in Autism charities, and we were trained to work with children with Autism. Anyone who claims that this disease is phony I want to punch in the face for being so ignorant

Wow this is great!!!
My "charity work" (what I can do) has always been more for the cause of saving animals ,medicine and global warming.
Not sure which to talk about.
