Hahaha. I bet people would've gotten a good laugh out of you fishing from your balcony where there's no fish. LOL! I can't believe that the streets flooded so much! I lived in O.C. all my life and never saw flooding like that. I haven't lived there in 10 years though. Yea, and Nashville, TN just hit seriously hard. I was there 4 days before the flooding occurred. Lucky I got out when I did.
