I've been working out for the last 2 years and I've seen improvments. my biceps is a good decent size. I move up in weight but they seem to not get bigger, which is what I want. I think it is called the plateau effect. Now do you know anything about that? and if so doing these different workouts will give me more resolts results? thanks.

yeah its the plateau. Happens to everyone. Just toss away a few of your workouts and adopt some new ones.
