Yes, but Bale is getting overexposure in a bad way like Paris Hilton. There have been many actors who played Batman. The career boost is just temporary. No one is going to want to work with this nutjob including fellow actors and actresses who would be afraid of the consequences of messing up a script line. Bale is now more famous for his rant than Batman, and it'll follow him for the rest of his career just like Cruise's couch hopping on Oprah.

Youre not entirely right. Mr DP was a well-known 'tinkerer'. Youre supposed to fix everything between shooting, never during. He had been told more than once previously but ignored it. Apparently he never did it again so it is a little bit surprising and unprofessional to have to be shouted at like a child before you take note of your obligations to respect others around you trying to work. And it's not like he hasn't had to fight for it, as a teen he beat 4000 other auditionees to get Empire of The Sun and had an award specially created for him.amongst other accolades.Other actors might be good but they don't have his substance, disagree but obviously Hollywood thinks so too or else [insert actor] would be Batman not Bale.
