I love all Pantera albums, but this album has something special about how it sounds, and I don't really know how to explain it. It's not necessarilly my favorite, but it could easily be if the others weren't as good as this one. :)

Good examples of what I mean are the ending of TGST, and a bit after the second chorus in this one (3:07). Something about how the guitar sounds, and how vocals sound in combination with it. Just awsome. Makes me feel revolted at Dimebag's unfortunate ending again...

I can't think of any album where Phil Anselmo doesnt scream (in his whole damn carreer). Exept for Power Metal maybe. Cowboys from Hell also had alot of Power-Metal-Like songs but screams all over the place. Phil Anselmo is a trained screamer, unlike those fags from Linkin Park, or Slipknot or whatever. He first learned to sing like Rob Halford, then he started screaming. Insta-fucking-win.
