How do you clean this? Maint schd says to check/clean every 1800 miles. Do you just get some compressed air and blow it out from the clean-side, so junk flies off the dirty-side?

@therandomdot compressed air could hurt the soft filter on it... I washed it with water and soap then let it dry before put it back on.... I use cool air hair dryer to dry it off, funny I read this just right before I am about wash mine.. I am going to make a video of that

That procedure is fine if you DON'T have an 09 or a retrofitted 08 with the different filter cover. The 09s and the retrofitted 08s have an air inlet hose that goes from the gas tank area down to the filter cover and if you try and bend the hose and filter cover out of the way (you can't detatch it without pulling the leg shield) you put a lot of stress on the tupperware and that stuff is expensive to replace.
