How do take Jing off your Mac? There is NO uninstaller and NO help files about this. Unacceptable. I asked about this in their forums many many months ago. Nobody has an answer. The company has no answer. Avoid Techsmith. Avoid Jing. What a pain in the ass. Now, to get it off my computer I have to install everythiing from the beginning again? Screw Techsmith. "Go give Jing a Try"? DON'T DO IT. Jerks.
