Ask any biology teacher, the internet, a library. The resources are out there for you. Just a side of common sense. Now as for E. Coli:

- E. Coli (safe when only in the intestines) helps our immune system keep in shape while we're not sick.

- E. Coli provides us with Vitamin K, which is an important blood clotting factor that our body uses.

I'm sure there are a lot more. Don't hate on bacteria, there's plenty of bacteria in our guts, they provide us with vitamins and minerals.

@Danielst16 there are many strains and one of those is the stinker( O157:H7).. It became that way from way too much anti-biotic use.. because cows are meant to eat grass not corn and get sick from it. The antibiotics keep them alive but it leads to virulent strains of microbes.
