I work in a grooming salon and puppies can be aggressive.your dog was 11 months when it was finally introduced to grooming...you should do that as soon as 3-4 months.as far as the Lupe that goes around the neck it shouldn't have been really tight.but you can't always blame the groomer for the dogs behavior
