@medasst100 thanks I think, haha. I am never trying to lose weight only be healthy. I think people are mislead that eating healthy means you are trying to lose weight. In my case I'm trying to gain weight because that would mean the loss of fat and the increase of muscle gain for me. I'm a healthy weight for my height.
@Becca2020 I can eat fruit, just not MANY. I had a lot of medical drama with digestion and chronic pain during this time in my life and most of the fruits I loved (grapefruit, lemons) were too acidic and I was limited to bananas, pears, blueberries, and only some melons.
Becca2020 , we don't need to reduce fruit sugar, we need to reduce fat! =) Fat is what blocks & hauls up the system, many diabetics on a raw vegan diet have reversed that symptom or DIS - Ease. Thank Goodness!
i found your video to be quite interesting since it's different from the usual grocery hauls where it's just fresh produce and all those other things that ALL hauls have. i like that you brought in other varieties of food! : )
what type of mic are you using? is it external or built in, cause now that the lighting is fixed I've noticed a lot of interfierence, either from a fan in the room or ambient sound from the mic being to close to another electronic in the room
@Telemna oh you, you just have to stay with me on that one until I get the camera I want. I use my imac built in for now and the humming is the sound of my imac's breathing problem :) I pinky promise though that I am getting a better camera with HD capabilities and amazing sound qualities; they will blow you away!
@currentlyautumn Unless you're going to be rendering in 1280x720p (HD for youtube) (320x240p youtube format) then there really isn't a use for a HD camera... but the mic is still important for sound quality!
you look like you could put on a few lbs, but everything does look good and healthy.:)

What doctor would recommend that you don't eat fruit? Unless, you need to reduce your sugar intake or have a family history of diabetes

a good tip if you don't like bananas is try cutting them up and sticking them in the freezer! frozen bananas are literally amazing.
