It's fine to critique Piper's positions, but the tone of your video's seems to suggest that Piper has some underlying sinister motive in his teaching. This is of course ridiculous. I think What Piper is simply saying is that someone may be able to say those things about the Father and the Son, but if they reject the Holy Spirit's work through unbelief, then Spirit would not continue it's work.

With that said, If any man wakes up one morning and determines that "God has officially 'closed the book' on my case and i'm I'm a goner for sure", then, it's just the opposite for that man because he still ponders the possibility of his salvation. So no matter what he's done with his life he still has breath in his lungs at that moment and an active conscience to turn.

I understand the concern of the man who posted this video. But please understand that God "closes the book" on men who have already made it impossible by their own work to respond to God's call to repentance and faith. As it says in Hebrews - there remains no other sacrifice for sin. The Holy Spirit can only convert a broken heart. That's why it's easier for a "camel to through a needle" for example because it's so hard for a man with so much to risk it all.
