As flawed as some may believe that cartoon to be, their religion, political party, is far worse.

Not against religion, I believe we have that birthright to worship (or not) as we see fit. Religion ought to start and end with our spiritual welfare, and never enter into government at all. Whenever any religious belief touches politics, it taints the religion and the political system. Worse it threatens the very freedom that is our birthright.

There has to be a balance between unions and business. Business that gets too big and can exert influence on government and gives workers no voice is very bad. But unions can be the same thing. Many unions have become very large and influential and do not take management and profits into consideration which can drive business away. Boeing vs. NLRB is a great example of abuses by unions. We must have a free system that provides proper discourse for both workers and business.
